 Alan Turing, who was convicted of "gross indecency" by the British government that had anti-gay laws at the time because of his same-sex sexual orientation, died at the age of 41.  In 2012, tens of thousands of British people petitioned the British government to exempt Turing from the crime, and the British government pardoned him the following year.

+Alan Turing relied on his hard work and persistence to save about 14 million people from the destruction of war during World War II. From this deed , we learned to work tirelessly for our ideals, because this will not only give ourselves a sense of accomplishment, but may also help others.
 Alan Turing also made us understand that we should not ignore the success of others because of some of our own prejudices. We should be a respectful, friendly and tolerant world citizen.
