- They will practice the cheer
- Therefore there is no teaching today

- They practiced with hoops today

- Group 1: Relay Race Rankings – 1st, 2nd, 3rd (1 to 20).
- Group 2: The other 10-15 students will do interval training.
- Then after 15 or 20 minutes the groups will change.
- The goal for the interval training is to help them run faster.
